You CAN NOT be treated for any service if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
It is recommended to not have vaccines 2 weeks before your appointment.
For lip filler treatments only, not to have had major dental work (root canal, implants, etc.) two weeks prior to your appointment. If you have had lip filler from a previous injector you must either book a consultation first or get approval from Nurse Tammy to continue with your appointment.
PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY to fill out paperwork and to ensure there is enough time for the procedure. We can only accommodate the client, no additional guests (children & pets) will be allowed in the room, however there is a lobby for a guest to wait.
Require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so results in the loss of deposit that was made at the time of booking. To cancel your appointment please go to the original confirmation text or email that you received and follow the prompts to cancel your appointment.
If you need to reschedule an appointment and it is before the 48-hour cancellation policy, please refer back to the original confirmation text message or email that you received from Square and follow the prompts to reschedule your appointment for another day.
Please note that you will NOT lose your deposit as long as it is before the 48-hour cancellation, it will go towards the next appointment that is booked.
However, if you try to cancel your appointment after the 48-hour cancellation policy you will lose the deposit that was made at the time of booking.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment because that will cause us to be late with our next patient and there is only a certain amount of time booked for your procedure. You will lose your deposit.
